My fitness journey started when I was still really young. I stepped into the gym with zero clue about what I was doing. I didn’t know how to perform a single exercise correctly. I didn’t know how much I should be eating, how to track macros, or how to build a routine that actually worked.
For years, I tried and failed. I followed random workouts online, changed my diet every other week, and saw little to no results. Why? Because I didn’t have guidance.
